• 臨床試験論文アブストラクトからの情報抽出に関する、タグ付けについて (http://cl.naist.jp/~kazuo-h/臨床試験tag_0218.xls)

  辞書作成(NE)タスク、情報抽出(IE)タスクに分ける。以下、タグの細分化の試み（TARGET_0）などとする。
  MeSH登録語と完全一致するもの(_0)、MeSHの一部を含む専門語(_1)、MeSH＋一般表現(_2)、一般表現(_3)、
  co-ordination(andなど)でつながる表現(_4)、、、

この論文では与えられた「Topic」に対する意見を
[Topic, Holder, Claim, Sentiment]
の4つ組で抽出することを目的としています．
彼らは単語のsentiment(positive/negative/neutral)を決定し，
文内のsentimentをcombineするアプローチを提案しています．
また，文のsentimentを決定するモデル，抽出すべきsentimentの範囲をいくつか
設定し，有効な組み合わせについて議論しています．

• Improving pseudo-relevance feedback in web information retrieval using web page segmentation
• WWW-2003

  本論文ではWebページのセグメンテーションを利用して効率的なWeb検索を行なう手法を提案している。
  Webページは一般に複数のトピックを含んでいたり、コンテンツには関係ない記述が
  含まれているため、traditionalなIRにおけるpseudo-relevance feedbackを直接適用すると 
  検索要求に満足に応えられない。そこで視覚的な手がかりを用いてセグメンテーションを
  行なった後にpseudo-relevance feedbackを行ない、Web検索の精度を高めている。
  セグメンテーションの方法として、単純にHTMLのツリー構造を用いた手法と比較し、
  筆者らが提案する視覚的な手がかりを用いた手法の有効性を主張している。

古い論文で恐縮ですが、Wrapper Inductionをboostingによって強化し、
conventionalな情報抽出タスクに適用することについて論じています。

この論文では2つの NEの間の関係をテキストから抽出することを目
的としています．二つの NEの間の文脈によりNEのペアをクラスタ
リングし，その文脈からクラスタ毎に関係名を抽出しています．

negative/positiveな単語から全体のpositive/negativeを判定しよう
という先行研究に対し，negative/positiveな単語に加え，そのvalenceを変化させる情報に注目しています．

映画のレビュー記事が肯定的か否定的かを決定するために，
(1)レビューから主観的な文を抽出する
(2)抽出された文からレビューが肯定的，否定的かを決定する
という2つの流れを考えており，(1)をグラフのminimum cutを求めることで解くという手法を提案しています．

Treeカーネルを一般のラベル付き順序木に拡張して、木構造で表されたHTML等の
半構造化データから情報抽出する問題を定式化しています。
半構造化データ上の制限された情報抽出の問題を定義し、
それがカーネル法による分類問題に帰着できることを示しています。
