目的
- ACL-IJCNLP 2009とEMNLP 2009 の論文をサーベイすることで最新の動向を知る。
- 来年のスウェーデンに向けて英気を養う。
- 特に、Markov Logic で動作しているParsing（既にソースも公開）コードを大まかにでも理解することで応用を検討するための絶好の機会にする(kmurakami)

- 1人の持ち時間20分程度で興味のある論文を1-3本程度紹介。
